PERSONAL BEHAVIOR DEVELOPMENT

Change doesn’t happen overnight, just as the patterns of behavior that create problems are usually formed over time. It takes planning and time to correct persistent issues, so unblocking your path to success will follow a specific process that includes:

  • Issue identification – discussing problems, your success blockers, targeting behaviors for change
  • Problem analysis – discussing how to motivate desired behaviors to reach goals
  • Plan design – how to activate and sustain desired behaviors
  • Plan implementation – taking action to promote plan goals
  • Evaluation – goal attainment, review results of implementation compared to desired outcomes
  • Revision and/or maintenance – altering the plan to better achieve goals or moving to the final phase of sustaining desired behaviors

This service uses behavioral analysis to assist individuals in changing undesirable behaviors and replacing them with behaviors that will promote their success. The science of psychology uses behavior analysis to aid in recovery from traumatic brain injury and it has a long standing history of therapeutic results in various applications.
